Finance interviews are difficult to prepare for. Candidates must navigate technical questions, behavioral scenarios, and industry knowledge with limited structured practice tools.

Most preparation resources rely on static question banks or scattered content, making it difficult for candidates to practice consistently and track improvement.

So we built Cook’d AI.

Cook’d AI is an AI-powered interview preparation platform that helps candidates practice real finance interview questions, receive feedback, and track their performance.

The platform combines a large question bank, AI-powered evaluation, and guided learning modules to simulate realistic interview scenarios.

My role

What did I do?

Role: UI/UX Designer | Team: 4 (Product, Engineering, Design) | Timeline: Nov 2025 - Present | Scope: UX, UI, Prototyping, Design System

  1. Led end-to-end UX/UI design for the launch of Version 1 of the AI-powered platform, delivering 30+ high-fidelity screens across core product workflows in 2 weeks.

  2. Designed interaction patterns for AI-generated content, introducing confidence indicators and system states to improve user understanding of AI outputs.

  3. Built a scalable Figma design system with tokens, reusable components, and layout standards to support rapid product development.

  4. Developed interactive prototypes to validate concepts and align product, engineering, and leadership teams.
